Push snow this pass week and tractor ran fine. The gears started to grind alot all of a sudden. Every time i try to go into gear it grind bad. Will not go into gear with out griding and use of force. I don't want to tear anytimg up so i need advise bad. Tractor starts fine and runs good. PTO works fine it's just won't go into gear without grinding. I tried to adjust the clutch peddle put in ran out of adjustment. Can you tell me if i'm adjusting wrong or does it take any other fluid other the hydraulics which i have added to the fill spot behind the seat. i pulled the dip stick that is located by the lever that shifts from 2wd to 4wd drive and it looks like there is enough there. I"m dump founed about this because the clutch was replaced a couple of years ago and this thing doesn't get used muck. Help

Answer
Well the thing about clutches is that they need to be adjusted regularly. You should have an inch to an inch and a half of free travel on the pedal before you feel it engage. If you do not have this then your clutch is engaged a little all the time causing to wear out fast. Try to make this adjustment, maybe you where going the wrong way on your adjustment.  If you have no more of threads on the rod then it is  time for another clutch. Always check to see if you have this free play and your clutch will last for years.
