Tractor Repair: 460 utility brakes, side tire, actuator assembly

The left brake on my 460 international utility tractor has started hanging up. It has happened the last five times I have used the tractor. Usually it brakes loose and the tire rotates. now it will not move and the right side tire is just spinning.

  The brake will have to be removed and repaired.  The internal return springs on the actuator assembly might be stretched or broken, or the actuator itself might be damaged or rusted tight.  Sometimes it just gets bound up with brake dust and needs to be cleaned out.  You can see a breakdown of the parts and get the part numbers at caseih.com, click on parts and services, then click search for parts.  Type your model in the search box, click search and select your model from the results.  Go to the brake section and you can look up everything you need.
