Tractor Repair: oil pump, pressure relief valve, poor oil


Question
I  have  a  Ford tractor  model  851  w/  127  CI  4 cyl gas engine-  i  have  very poor oil  pressure- low  volume  and  with(air raiting) white coming at  pressure  line (has  new 10w  30  oil in it)  what  could  be  causing  this  andwhat is involved in getting to the oil  pump     ??? thanks  bill

  Poor oil pressure can be caused by lots of things.  Oil pump, pickup screen, pressure relief valve, bearings, etc.   But air in the oil indicates to me that there is a suction leak or the pickup screen is restricted.  Remove the oil pan and inspect the pump and pickup screen.
