Tractor Repair: Ford 2000 Fuel System, leak gas, oil level

What sort of fuel pump and gasket is on the Ford 2000 tractor?  The oil level is high and it smells like there is gas in the oil pan.  Why? How do you fix it?

  If the diaphragm has failed in the lift pump, it can leak gas into the crankcase and dilute the oil.  To see a picture of the layout of the fuel system parts and part numbers, go to servicemotor.com, click on parts, and select online parts search.  Enter your model in the search box, and click search.  Select your model from the search results.  There are two different versions of the 2000 tractor.  The early version is 4 cylinder, and the later one is a 3 cylinder.  Click on the correct one and go to the fuel section.  Select the gasoline version and you will get a picture of the fuel system with the part numbers so you can get a replacement pump and gasket.
