Tractor Repair: hydraulic leak, ford tractor, hydraulic lines

I have an 1954 NAA ford tractor. It has a large hydraulic leak at the base of the hydraulic case right where the lines from the hydraulic pump go into the bottom of the case. Can these seals be replaced? Any suggestions will be helpful.

  There should be replaceable o-rings where all the hydraulic lines attach.
