QuestionI pulled the PTO shaft out to replace a leaky seal. When I tried to slip the shaft back in, it appears a washer sliped and the shaft cannot get to the end, it's about 2''from getting all the way in. How do i access to removefallen washer?

Hi Paul.
I assume that you do not have a manual? The nearest I can get is my own 4000 which I believe is a similar lay out to your 3910 and this recommends splitting the transmission front from back in order to access the front end of the pto shaft!
This will enable you to get hold of the offending washer.
But do get hold of a manual it will pay in the long run.
