Tractor Repair: Loader Problem, broken spring, valve seat

I have a john deere 4500 tractor.  I've lost loader speed when lifting.  The buck will also drift down from a stopped position.

Mike the problem could be in the releif valve on the spool bank it could be a weak or broken spring or there is some rubbish under the valve seat have a look in this area first as well as the filter it may be blocked and letting the rubbish through the by pass.
