Tractor Repair: hydraulics on a loader, loader attachment, hydraulic filter

problems are slow raising and chatter. bucket loses pressure without a load. We have replaced the control valve.

The more information you give me the easier it makes it for me to help you.
Just looking at the information you have supplied I would say a blocked hydraulic filter or loose suction fittings.
Give me as much info as possible please Nancy how it happened how it all started etc etc.
