Tractor Repair: 9N Ford Tractor, 9n ford tractor, 9n tractor

I am having trouble with the carb on my 9N tractor. The fuel is  entering the fuel bowl, but does not appear to be getting pulled up into the engine/intake. I have another 9N with the same carburetor. That carb works on both tractors. If I use the upper half of the either carb with the bottom half of the carb that is giving me trouble it does not work ?

I don't know this tractor and don't fix petrol engines but have you changed all fuel filters check for any gause that might be blocked if you have that done i would think the jets in the carb need reconditioning and thats a job for a specialist carb repair shop
