Tractor Repair: un-even cutting, assys, yard tractor

Eric, I am not sure if you can answer this, however I will ask anyway.  I have a Husqvarna yard tractor, (manufactured by American Yard Products) with a 38" deck.  I have a had a problem this year with uneven cutting.  I have replaced both mandral assys. and blades.  When I line the blades up they are both at the exact same level, however when I mow, the right blade does not seem to be cutting properly.  Please help if you can.  (I also leveled the entire deck).  Thanks.

I guessing there are no obvious problems -- leaning with no one on it - flat tires - broken frame -- OK

Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left or right withe the mower off and no one on it.  step on the side of the tractor that you turned the steering wheel towards -- observe ---does the deck lean more that it should -- now drop the deck ---what does it do now.
