Tractor Repair: Ford 2000 3pt wont lift weight, bush hog, box blade

Question
I have a mid 1970 ford 2000 tractor the 3 pt hitch travels the full length. But will not move
more than an inch with a box blade or bush hog attached.
Is the pump or seals bad ?
What type of oil in the rear diff Hydraulic I assume ?
What type of oil for the transfer case ?

Thanks for any help. And recommendations on purchasing a service manual.

Answer
W.David I am in Australia we use a multi farm oil here which is called Agri Castrol MP or AS special the MP means multi purpose use in all places as engine oil trans oil and hydraulic oil it works in all places.
But the pump could have crook seals or the lift cylinder could have worn seals letting oil out.
You should do a pressure and flow test on the pump this can be done in place if you have the correct gear to do it.
If you do not have the gear to do it you may need to call your local dealer he should have the gear to do it.
This is all I can suggest.
