Car Stereos: Bose stereo partially working, memory buttons, model gm

Question
I have an 02 trailblazer with the 6 disc Bose stereo. One day it worked, the next day all buttons on the face stopped working. Tuner knob and volume work, but no memory buttons, cant switch to am or cd mode. The stereo is still playing, I just have to adjust with tuner knob. I also have the cd player full and it will not eject (duh, eject is a button). Lights on it also work. I have disconnected battery to try to reset, and I think I have checked every fuse both in the backseat amd under the hood. Any other thoughts?
Thanks for your time!!!

Answer
Dell, Unfortunately, late model GM's have had issues with the quality of the radios.  Most have loose connectors that cause sound loss.  Some have other issues due to loose internal boards, which is what I would guess is your problem.  There is some loose parts inside the headunit and you will need to get it repaired to work properly.  Hope this helps, Scott
