Tractor Repair: brakes, ford tractor, brake shoes

what is involved in replacing the brake shoes on a model 1920 ford tractor? can you get to the shoes without taking it apart? thanks

Butch the 1920 I am sure is a Shibaura and yes the shoe mount plate should be easly removed from the trans casing by removing 4 bolts and the brake rod and levering out as a unit.
