Question
i have tr6 1976.i drove it to work ,it was runnig great i stopped and try to start it after an hour. it will not start, the engine will turn but no sparks in plugs.i have changed the coil and point and condenser and terminal bush&lead and ign wire-coil.i have checked and i have 12 volt coming to coil,i don't have any spark in the point when you turn the switch on.the only thing i have not change is the distributor itself ,could it be that?

Answer
You should not replace any parts until you find what is wrong.

Start with a 12v test light or volt meter. You said that you have 12v to the coil. So your next test should have been to use a test light or a voltmeter on the negative side of the coil.

First remove the coil wire from the distributor cap and ground it. Now remove the cap and put the car in 4th gear with the hand brake off. Look at the points while you role the car forward to confirm that the points are opening and closing. If they are and the point gap looks correct (about .015" or the thickness of a match book cover)

Now role the car forward until the points are open and test the negative side of the coil with the key in the "ON" position (not start) You should have 12v or light a 12v test light brightly.

If it does not have 12v, then you installed the points incorrectly. If you have 12v, then role the car further forward until the points are closed and test the negative side of the coil again with the key "ON" and you should not light a test light nor show 12v on the negative side. If you do still have 12v at the negative side of the coil then the points are not making contact or you set them wrong.

Let me know the results of these tests and don't skip any of them.
