Hi Rick,

I don't have a complete diagram of the vacuum hoses but do have some of the sections. Enclosed are a couple of the hose sections. The picture labeled TR-7hose11x1 and 1a1x1 are one section with the index and another section is TR-7hose21x1.jpg (I will have to send this one in a second posting as they only have a space for two pictures. If there are other issues let me know and I will try to help. For example the 76 TR-7 came with a Opus/Lucas ignition system (large box mounted on the distributor) This system failed often so it is not likely you still have that system. Some people changed the distributor to get a different ignition system and others just cut the three wires and added a aftermarket system inside. While even others changed the upper part of the shaft and put in Lucas points and condenser for a pointed ignition system.

Either way you may have a different vacuum advance unit or a vacuum retard unit on the car now. Vacuum advance units use "Ported Vacuum" (taken off of the carburetor throttle plate edge.) while vacuum retard unites use straight intake manifold vacuum.
