Triumph Repair: alternator, starter solenoid, triumph spitfire

Question
i have a 1974 triumph spitfire. the wires leading away from the alternator have been pulled from there correct places. the connector piece is still intact and plugged into the alternator. where do these wires lead too. i believe it is the stock Lucas alternator. the wires coming are mustard/beige in color.

thank you!

Answer
Hi Earl,
There are three wires on your alternator and two are large brown 12 ga wires and both go from the two large pins on the alternator to the starter solenoid. The one smaller 14 ga wire (brown w/ yellow tracer goes from the small pin on the alternator to the charge light (Ign)
