Triumph Repair: Brake Pessure Valve?, differential switch, roadster factory

Question
I have a 1971 Spitfire Mark IV. We are looking for a repair kit for the Brake Pressure Valve (not sure if that is the correct name). Not available at Victoria British. This is a brass piece that sits beside the brake master under the hood.

Answer
Hi Melissa,
If you are talking about the brass unit with all the lines and a switch, that is the pressure differential switch which sets the warning light to tell you the two brake sections have a different pressure meaning one circuit is failing. Not much to rebuild, just two "O" rings as I remember. You might try Moss Motors and The Roadster Factory for a kit.
