Triumph Repair: rusted floor pans, triumph tr6, car quality

I have a 1974 Triumph TR6 with rusted out floor pans how big of a job is it to replace the floor pan do i need a welder?
or is it bolted on

Ralph, i did'nt do much body work but since my stuff wasn't show car quality i just fiber glassed mine. if it's not completely gone. the floor is unibody and does'nt bolt in all though the body does bolt to the frame. if you really want it right it will have to be welded in. i have a few projects that i need to learn how to weld on but have'nt looked into what kind in welding machine i need. if you fiber glass it you can still go back later and weld floors in later.
