UK Car Repair: rover 216 coupe electric problem, rover 216i coupe, rover 216 coupe

i have got rover 216i coupe honda engine 1993 .my central locking has stop working and so has my dash  lights and my rear passenger side lights.a 10amp fuse  keeps blowing that under the steering wheel but if u stick 30amp in it doesn't blow just burn up any ideas . i know the is electrical problem but i dont know when to start i was hoping someone else would of had this same problem ???

All I can tell you is there is a dead short in the system! You will have to disconnect all wires from that fuse and, one at a time, reconnect them to see which one is causing the fuse to blow, once found, you now have to check all connections in that particular circuit.
