When I turn on either the air conditioner or heater, no air comes out.  It's like it won't blow air.  What is wrong?

Clearly the fans aren't working, the easiest thing to check would be the fuses.  There is one for each fan but I doubt both would blow at the same time! In the right fuse box beside your right foot it is the third from the top.  On the passenger side it is the fourth from the top. Both are 20 Amp. If not these, I suspect you have an electronic problem with the computer or the control panel. To find out you will need to visit a competent technician.
