UK Car Repair: corsa 1.6 firers but wont keep running, crank shaft, vacuum problem

can any1 help! i have had my car 4 about 6 months but havent drove it because i am not old enough. my dad drove it back from the place and it was fine and it was fine up untill i didnt start it for a about 2 weeks i come to start it and it just firers revs to 3 grand and then dies with or with out throttle i have change the crank shaft sensor and that didnt do it can any1 help.

It sounds as if you have a fuel/vacuum problem such as a hose disconnected at the manifold. It clearly has fuel initially allowing it to start, then the high RPM has to come from a large air source entering the engine.  Check all of the fittings to and from the inlet manifold.
