-----Question-----
I have had my EGR valve replaced in my vauxhall zafira 1.6 club Y reg 2001 approx 6 months ago, same cutting out is occuring again and diagnostic check shows no electrical fault, could it be mechanical fault on valve and how do we get it checked?
-----Answer-----
Did the valve replacement cure the problem for the 6 months?

Answer
It would seem unusual for a second valve to fail so we must assume something else is causing the valve to malfunction. My first suggestion is to take the car back to whomever changed the valve and have them recheck it. OR! The valve is supposed to open as soon as the engine warms up and the accelerator pedal moves off closed throttle, one of those functions may not be operating, you can actually check that yourself, it might be worth disconnecting and reconnecting the plug to the valve first, it could be a bad connection.
