UK Car Repair: 86 Volvo 740 wagon running lights, filament bulb, volvo 740

Question
All the bulbs have been changed, yet the passenger side running lights, both front and back don't work.
The brake light works out of that bulb though.Its a two filament bulb.

I would try a new switch and take it from their.
I recall something about the Volvo having a fairly wonkey lighting switch and that it could cause one side to go out completely. Then again, this could also be a poor connection at the harness, but I am leaning more towards the switch.
