Volkswagen Repair: wheel hub, vw golf iii, wheel hub

Question
I took my car to a mechanic to install new brake rotors and the guy broke one of the nuts while putting the wheel back. Half of the nut is stuck inside the front passenger wheel hub.

Is it possible to fix that? Or, should I replace the entire wheel hub?

If it is fixable.. give me an idea of how it can be done so I'm aware of my options.

Carlos, thank you for your question.  A broken nut in a wheel hub is fixable.  Usually, you can go to a machine shop, welding shop or millwright shop and they can do it.  But if they say that they cant then you will need to replace the hub and the nuts.
