my oil sensor will not stop going off is it ok to disconnect it if so where is the wiring harness at 94 passat

Jason, thank you for your question.  . The oil sensor is something that needs to be replaced if at all possible.  If it keeps going off for no reason it is probably bad.  The purpose of the oil sensor is to let you know in the event of low or high oil pressure that indicates a serious problem is beginning or is already occurred, that can damage the engine.  If you have replaced it several times (3 or 4), then you may have a situation in which the ECU (on board computer) is misreading it.  In that case you just have to reset the computer with the use of handheld scanner or a repair shop can reset it.
