Volkswagen Repair: dash lights, dash lights, speedo cable

How can I access the dash lights for a 1995 Jetta III. Its burned out and I need to replace it.

It's a piece of cake on Mk3 - there's no speedo cable or anything - it's only a matter of getting the cluster out (there's 2 screws holding the surrounding trim ring + another 2 (could be 4...) holding the cluster in...), and unplugging the connectors. Once you get all the screws out, swing the cluster to the front, and wiggle it out (it's a very tight fit if you don't take your steering wheel off, but I've done it twice without removing the wheel....), unplug the connectors, change the bulbs (I would recommend changing ALL bulbs - they're dirt cheap, and you don't wanna be doing this again in a month or so...).
