Volvo Repair: windows, v70 xc, controller area network

Hello,
I just bought a 2000 v70 xc and none of the windows operate along with the sunroof.  When I press any of the buttons, there is nothing, no sound or anything.  Any suggestions?

it seems that there is one problem in CAN Network (Controller Area Network)
all control modules send information to each other in CAN,
so it seems that one problem blocked them.

Has the car alarm ?
Is it working ?
If there is alarm, close the door with remotes and stay inside the car, after approx 1 or 2 minutes, you will hear a tick noise, it is deadlock (your car has deadlock I guess), move inside the car on you seat, or try to open the engine bonnet to activate the alarm,
if alarm is activated with lamps but if you do not hear a voice from alarm system, that means siren has problem,
is water enters to siren, it is blocked and siren blocks the sunroof and windows,
check the case if this is the case or not,

and you can check the cables underside of the control buttons of the sunroof, maybe they are chafed.

If still continues, please update with you car's complete VIN number, it is located left bottom of the windscreen, on the dashboard, you can see it from the outside of the car, it starts with YV1...(complete 17 digits)
