QUESTION: i can not find my valve so if you can tell me where it is and how best to clean it i would be very gratefull as the car keeps iregulary reving and it anoys me at traffic lights and when at a stand stil

Dale, must be a UK deal.  Never seen one of those here in the U.S. Anyway, If its anything like what we have here, It will be in front of the throtle area.  The top of it has a black plug.  Looks the the camshaft reset valve.  You can clean them with carb cleaner but, most of the time, it wont work because the valve does go bad ocassionally.  Roger
