Volvo Repair: Volvo power window issues, volvo v70xc, volvo power

Question
I have a 99 volvo v70xc awd wagon.  In Nov of 2007 I had the motor on the driver's side window replaced.  Everything has been working fine until a couple of weeks ago the passengers side window wouldn't go up using the controls on the passengers side...the only way it would work would be by using the driver's side controls. Now ALL the windows & sun roof will only work during the first couple minutes after the car is started. According to the manual the fuses for the windows are on a main circuit breaker and "typically don't need to be replaced".  Does this sound like an electrical issue or something wrong with the window mechanism?  Your thoughts?

Answer
Laura, I would say definitely electrical. My suspicion would be something with the main switch.(Drivers door) Make sure the child safety is not engaged. Cycle that a few times and see how it behaves then.
The other possibility is that the fault in pass door is causing the window to try to go up all the time(stuck on) thus tripping the circuit breaker after a few minutes. Disconnect the passenger controls and see what develops.
