Volvo Repair: Volvo V70 cuts out randomly, v70 awd, volvo v70

You gave advice to Marchal in Germany a while ago on his 1998 V70 randomly cutting out. Do you know if the problem with his car was cured and what was the cause? I have had exactly the same problem for the last 2 years with my V70 awd and no Volvo garage can get to the bottom of it.

I get so many questions, It would be hard for me to remember that specific one.  But most issues with those cars are either a cam sensor or a fuel pump problem.  What is exactly the issue?  When does it cut out? warm or cold?  ETc.  Let me know and I can try to help you.  Roger
