Volvo Repair: 2002 S60 Heater/Air - always hot, climate control system, heater control valve

I am in Florida.  Hot air comes out of 3 of the 4 dash ducts when the air is on Maximum, and on recycle, not allowing outside air in.  The temp controls are on max blue, cold setting, on the fan.  Supposedly the dealer put in a new compressor a few months ago, but back to same condition.

  John, it's either a heater control valve issue or a leaking/disconnected vent servo. I suspect the later. You will haveto vacuum test the servos to find the bad one. Be sure the climate control system is getting adequate supply vacuum first. Someone may have knocked a line off at some point, or forgot to reconnect one?
