Toyota Repair: 2000 Camry steering and timing belt, camry v6, engine seals

Question
2000 Camry V6 with 78000 miles. A few days ago, when steering wheel is turned, feels and hears one click at either direction. What could be the cause of that ?

Also, with 78000 miles, I am planing to replace timing belt if I am sending the car to dealer to fix the steering, I heard that water pump, tensioner, idle bearing, and engine seals should also be replaced at the same time, are those necessary ? Is there anything else that should be done at the same time ?

Thanks for help.

Answer
I would recommend replacing the water pump at the same time, unless the seals are leaking or there is noise from the tensioner/idler pulley I would not replace those, the dealer will recommend those items just to cover themselves, if you decline those items then if there is a problem with them later they are not liable, you are. In that event evreything has to be taken apart again at your expense, the decision is yours to make. I normally don't recommend seal replacement unless there are signs of leakage, unless the tensioner/idler pulley are making noise I don't replace them either.
