Volvo Repair: want to purchasing 2002 s60 with 100K, lease return, carfax report

I loved the car when I test drove it but my concerns are what other things should I be looking for before (or even if) I should buy the car?  I got the carfax report and it has just come off a lease.  Please advise asap

  Nothing screams at me other than it's awful low mileage and a lease return(good things). The lease requires regular maint. so you should be ok. Have it checked out by an independant repair facility. For a good inspection, you should expect to pay at LEAST one hours time at their prevailing rate.
