Volvo Repair: 1990 Volvo 740 Regina System Dies, regina system, volvo 740

Question
Hi, I have the Regina Control System in my 740.  This thing is an absolute enigma.

First off, it idles very very low.

Second, when you press the accelerator, it dies.

I found DTCs:  3-2-1
              1-2-1
              2-3-3

and sometimes it will generate:  1-2-2

I don't want to continue throwing parts at this thing, because its not really worth rebuying the car again.

Components for all of these parts have been replaced:  the AMM, IAC,  CSI (cold start injector)

Any other suggestions?  Has this problematic with Regina Systems EVER been solved?

Answer
Kenny, These fuel systems are temperamental. I have seen this.  sounds like a fuel pump.  Not sure how you replaced an AMM on A regina system though.  I would do a fuel pressure test to see where its running at.  Low idle is a ECU issue.  There was a software upgrade that we did at the dealer that helped it a little.  Roger
