Volvo Repair: 2000 S40 Volvo headlamps adjustment, s40 volvo, light beam

I recently bought new headlamps for my 00 S40 Volvo, could please tell me how to adjust the light beam?

Jon, should be a leveler on those, but if not, try to find a plain wall so you can see if you are going up and down and side to side.  If you dont have that then stand in front of the light and adjust it to your thighs.  Sorry but this is the best I can do as an explanation.  Roger
