Exactly where is the dip stick to check the transmission oil?  I cannot seem to find it.

I don't know how many quarts of oil the T6 takes- consult your owner's manual, the dealer,  or the parts counter at an auto parts store.
The trans dip stick is just to the rear of the oil filler cap, which is on the driver's side of the engine. The dip stick should be marked with "ATF", and it is just under the brace that spans between the McPherson strut towers.
