I submitted a question about a transmission service light earlier but right after that my check engine light came on also. When go to get service should i just have them do a full diagnosis? Thank you so much..

Christine, its all connected on this car.  When they read the codes it will say problem in another module.  I would go to a reputable Volvo shop or dealer.  Dont let Joes garage or Biff's Transmissions take a look.  You will be taken for a ride.  Roger
