Volvo Repair: Volvo 1999 Cross Country, dash pad, condensation

Question
Hello we need help!  My daughter has a Volvo, described above.  The water that condenses from the air conditioner does not drain from the vehicle.  It accumulates mainly in the back seat floorboard.  Water is under the carpet.  How can we get the thing to drain????  We appreciate your help.

Answer
There is a condensation drain located in the back of the center console. Remove the under dash pad on the passenger side and look all the way in back. there is a small black hose that attaches to a connection at the floor, remove the hose and try to clear the obstruction.
