Volvo Repair: Low Coolant-Stop Engine/Stop Safely, coolant level, expansion tank

Question
I have a warning light that has come on then gone off that will say either "Low Coolant Stop Engine" OR "Low Coolant Stop Safely".  Can you advise on this?  Also, I have another light that has been coming on that no one can figure out what it is.  It says something about "Bulb Position Failure"?

Either the coolant level is a little low or the sensor in the coolant expansion tank is failed. Check the coolant level if it is ok then the sensor is bad. The bulb position failure means there is a bulb out somewhere on the exterior. Probably tail/brake bulb, if no bulbs are out then one previously replaced doesn't match the opposing bulb. It is important to match bulbs of the same manufacture.
