Volvo Repair: Volvo S80, volvo dealership, volvo dealer

Question
I bought a 1999 Volvo S in March.  The instrument cluster panel was replaced by a Volvo dealership prior to purchase.  A month ago while driving my turn signals stopped working, the car was stuck in cruise control, the horn would not work, the wipers would only function in one mode and the windshield washer would not work.  This lasted for approx 24 hours.  Just before we brought it to the dealership the cluster panel was still under its 90 day warranty everything was working fine.  We had it checked and the dealership could find nothing wrong.  Now a month later it happened again only this time is has not corrected itself.  Do you have any idea what might be going on?  Your advise would be greatly appreciated.
