Volvo Repair: 97 850 non turbo AT, last nerve, gas mileage

Roger i have 4 questions:
1)Car is driven mainly on interstate has approx 250k. When you come to a stop then take off again it's like the car cant deside to go into 1st or maybe it's just rough or sluggish during take off. Anyway its a noticable hesitation. If a/c is on it sometimes stalls. However, it shifts fine up and down after that in all gears. Also acceleration is fine and car idles fine. Really getting on my last nerve...

2)Service light how do i turn it off!

3)SRS light is on. I think kid either kicked back of seat or ??? what can i do on this one with out having to sell one of my kids to pay for it?

4) What should the gas mileage be on interstate driving?

Mike, you maybe be having a problem with the PNP switch on the trans.  Is this the original transmission?  Service on 97 models need a special tool to reset.  Sorry.  No manual reset on this one.  Check to see if the kid may have knocked on of the connectors of under the seat. Gad milage should be about 25-27 on the highway.  Hope this helped.  Roger
