Volvo Repair: rack failure, tie rod, main frame

roger sorry I'm going nuts with this 2001 s 80 steering store told me sorry I'm pissed off is car dangerous to drive with the tie rod play?

bought a rack from the steering store in cal. had my auto guy put it in, ase cert etc, drove for 500 miles and brought it back told them it didnt feel right, said it was me. promised me he went over the job 3 times to check when done, took the car to another shop and come to find out they left 2, 3" bolts less than finger tight in the main frame under holding the rack in, I couldnt beleive it I took the bolts out and brought them back and said 3 times? now one month later I was told the rack is shot! tie rod is loose as hell  and rocks back and forth feel like the wheel is falling off thought it was a broken tire belt, What to do?

Bob, Those cars are  notorious for pissing people off. I dont like them.  It is dangerous to drive the car like that.  What kind of moron would let you take the car in this shape.  I would consider legal action and get the rack done properly and have a real Volvo shop repair the car.  Roger
