Volvo Repair: R&R heater core 98V-70R AWD, heater core, coolant

Can you provide the procedure for replacement of the heater core on the above listed vehicle?

Bill, I really dont do that but I can give you an Idea on how to do it.  I would drain the coolant and use compressed air to get most of it out of the entire system or you are going to make a mess inside your car.  Remove the driver lower and side panel.  The core is there in the front firewall and you can see the screws to remove the core.  It isnt fun to do.  I would pay the money and let a Volvo shop do it.  You can easily break something so I highly do not recommend you tackling this thing  Roger
