How do you replace the gas cover hinge on an S60?

Jeff, first you have to get the hinge from the dealer. Remove the old hinge by using a small punch and push those black pins in.  Remove the hinge and clean around the holes. Now put the hinge on the door first.  Make sure it snaps in.  You can try the next step 2 ways.  push the hinge into the holes and tap the pins in with a hammer, or remove the pins, elongate the holes on the hinge a little with a small screwdriver, then place the pins in and tap them in.  I've tried both ways.  Either way till be fine.  Roger
