Volvo Repair: Volvo s40, volvo vadis, vadis system

We have some trouble with the wipers.  They work sometime and sometime they don't.  When they work I have power to the motor.  When they don't work I do not have power to the motor.  The intermitant does not work.  This sounds like a relay to me but electrical diagrams do not show a relay for the front wipers.  

Also I did a OBDII test and found these problems I was hoping that you could go into more detail about them.

Ken, what you need is the CEM or Central Electronic Module.  Luckily its a plug in module so no downloads are necessary.  As far as PO codes, I dont use them so I have no idea what they are.  We use the Volvo VADIS system on these cars so it tells us what is wrong.  Roger
