Volvo Repair: Volvo 850 Battery replacement, volvo radio, volvo 850

Question
Is there anything special involved in installing a new battery in my 1995 Volvo 850 GL?  My wife thinks that there is some kind of code that has to be entered or reset.  I believe that she is thinking about the code to reset the radio to make it work properly, but since I've replaced my Volvo radio with an aftermarket system that this shouldn't be an issue.  Any help you can offer will be appreciated.

Phil, you are both right (dont let her know that) HAHA.  The code is true for the Volvo radio but like you said, the aftermarket one doesnt have it and is not an issue.  Just make sure to replace the new battery with the same CCA as the orignal battery.  Roger
