Hi- We are looking at purchasing the above used Volvo.  the car currently has 45000 miles on it, has a clean CARFAX, and has been inspected.  We have never owned a Volvo, but are looking for a family car with reliability being most important.  I have done some research in terms of this car, but just wondering your opinion on the long term reliability of this model?  We would be looking to drive approx 60,000 miles on it.  Thanks for your help!

Angie, to be honest with you, I would stay away from the AWD.  Expensive stuff when it breaks down. You would be better off with a non AWD V70.  You will be disappointed and mad.  If you buy an extenede warranty, then it would be a decent car for 60k miles.  Roger
