Volvo Repair: 1983 Volvo 240 turbocharger, volvo 240, conversion kit

What are the diferences between 1983 Volvo 240 turbocharger and 1986 760 turbocharger? Can I fit a 760 turbo to a B21FT engine?

Termi, as long as its a Garrett Turbo, they should interchange.  You need to measure the exhaust manifold opening.  It will be easier if you just swap the whole exhaust manifold and turbo.  You need to see if its water cooled also.  If so, then you need to buy the conversion kit from the dealer.  Roger
