Volvo Repair: Few S60 questions, pull handle, little time

Question
I have a 2002 S60 Turbo that seems to hesitate when I shift into park. The car has almost 60,000 miles on it and has been taken care of. I asked the local Volvo guys about it and they said it was not internal but the Throttle Module. The car has no problems shifting and is whisper quiet. It just takes a little time to shift into drive.

Also, I have a speaker blown in the rear passenger door. How do I take off the cover and what are my options in replacing it?

Answer
THIS SHIFTIN THING COULD BE A FEW THINGS WITHOUT SEEING IT IT IS HARD TO SAY.

THE DOOR PANEL SHOULD HAVE TO REMOVE TRIM RING AROUND DOOR HANDLE THEN REMOVE SMALL COVER IN DOOR PULL HANDLE AREA(THE AREA YOU PULL DOOR SHUT FROM)THEN REMOVE TORX 25 SCREW.THE PANEL MAY ALSO HAVE SMALL PUSH IN TYPE CLIPS ALL AROUND ITS BORDER THEY JUST PUSH IN THE CENTER THEN PULL OUT .THEN THE PANEL SHOULD PUL OFF
