Volvo Repair: engine vibration, engine vibration, torque limiter

1998 volvo S70.When the vehicle is in drive'foot on brake noticed vibration.Was told it might be rear left torque limiter and front lower mount.Is this a common problem with this vehicle.

Joe, it can be any of the mounts.  They do fail over time. Check the one that is under the timing cover.  That one usually fails first.  Check to see if upper motor mount is broken at arm.  The other 2 would have to be inspected from underneath.  Roger
